No online purchases

This website does not currently sell products, accept card payments, or process direct online purchases. Browsing the site and contacting SEM Lab do not create a paid order.

Project-specific terms

Before paid work begins, the project scope, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, timing, and revision boundaries are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement. Those agreed terms govern the engagement.

Any cancellation terms, payment adjustments, or refund conditions are also agreed for that project. SEM Lab does not apply a universal deposit or non-refundable-payment rule through this website.

Cancellations and refunds

If a project changes or ends early, any amount due or potentially refundable will be assessed under the signed proposal or agreement, the work completed, committed project costs, and applicable law. No general refund promise is made on this website.

Billing concerns

If you believe an invoice or payment record is incorrect, contact SEM Lab promptly with your name, project reference, and a short explanation. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
