Permitted use

You may use the website to learn about SEM Lab and make a genuine inquiry. You must not:

• interfere with the website, its security, or its normal operation;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the site; or
• use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Intellectual property

The SEM Lab name, website copy, visual system, illustrations, and other original site materials are owned by or used with permission by SEM Lab. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially reuse them without permission.

Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables are defined in the applicable project proposal or agreement.

Accuracy and availability

SEM Lab takes reasonable care with website content but does not promise that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free. The website may be updated, suspended, or unavailable from time to time.

Third-party services

SEM Lab uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to receive and store project briefs, Cal.com to provide scheduling after a successful brief submission, and Groq to generate Ask SEM replies. If you use WhatsApp or email, the relevant messaging or email provider may receive technical and communication data under its own privacy policy. These services are operated by third parties. When you use them, their own terms and privacy practices apply. SEM Lab is not responsible for outages or changes on third-party platforms.

Project work

Submitting a project brief, booking a call, or contacting SEM Lab by email or WhatsApp does not by itself create a client relationship. Any project must be confirmed in a separate written proposal or service agreement covering scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and deliverable rights.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEM Lab is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or by the availability of an external service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
